Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing’s Committment to Customer Service

Exceptional customer service is an integral component of Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing core values. Below is a letter from a customer that highlights Mid-Atlantic’s commitment to its customers:

We want to pass on to you our sincere thanks to Samuel Velasquez who was your foreman for the recently installed system in our basement at our home in Arlington, Virginia. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he organized his work crew.

He showed up on time and proceeded with amazing speed to begin the process and keep us informed of what to expect. As promised, the work went on with virtually no disruption to the rest of the house, and all of the evidence of the work quickly removed from the worksite. It really was a very competent job. Sam’s oversight of all phases was the primary reason it all went smoothly as planned. We thought it would take a great deal longer and would be much more disruptive, but we were very pleasantly surprised that the entire project began on a Monday and was virtually completed by Thursday.

Again, thank you for sending us Samuel to oversee this project. He must be one of your best foremen. As promised, he was very competent and easy to work with. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and well exceeded our expectations.

    Just a quick note to say we were very pleased with your company and crew. Great job!. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that DID what they claimed they were going to do,WHEN they said they were going to do it. We were expecting our basement to be torn up for at least a week. Your crew finished up in less than three days and cleaned up everything. We have recommended Mid Atlantic to several of our friends. Thanks again. Rick & Gabriela
