Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing’s Senior Realty Inspector Dan McDowell has been the voice of the company to Realtors, Property Managers, Government Decision Makers and many more for a quarter of a century.
Mid-Atlantic has been privileged to have Dan inspecting foundations and bringing solutions to so many of our clients and customers.
It is with mixed emotions that we announce Dan’s retirement, effective March 14, 2014. His career at Mid-Atlantic has brought many successes for both Dan and the company. One of Dan’s accomplishments was building the Real Estate Department that we have today. In his retirement Dan holds dear to him the relationships and friendships he has built with his clients and business associates.
Although we will miss Dan in very many ways, he has worked hard his entire career and has earned the opportunity to enjoy more time with his lovely wife, family and friends.
Please join us in wishing Dan all the best in his retirement and also to welcome those at Mid-Atlantic he has been grooming into the positions he leaves behind.
It is our pleasure to introduce Bob McCutcheon as the new face of our Real Estate Division to continue to provide excellent customer service and care. He will coordinate our inspectors to provide you and your clients with competitive quality solutions to foundation needs. These inspectors will educate realtors, homeowner associations, property managers, contractors and homeowners to realize the importance of discovering, diagnosing and correcting any moisture damage and water intrusion issues that exist. We are confident that their extensive knowledge, experience in customer service and their ability to design the best solution for any waterproofing need will prove to be valuable in helping you fulfill your service to your clients.
